The WireGuard generator is only available for Premium customers. Freemium users can use Wireguard only through the PrivadoVPN app

Important: Premium account supports up to 10 connections. As a result, downloading more than 10 configuration files will deactivate older configurations, downloaded before these 10.

1.Generate and download a Wireguard configuration file.

2. Next, access your router's web interface by entering the router's gateway IP address into the address bar of your preferred browser. The default IP is usually 192.168.8.1

If you haven't changed the login details, the default username and password should be 'admin'.

If that doesn’t work, you can find the correct password on the label of your router.

3. After logging in, locate the VPN settings and select WireGuard. Then, choose the option to set up 'WireGuard client' > 'Set up WireGuard Manually':

4. In the setup window, go to the Configuration section and paste the contents from the server configuration file you downloaded earlier in Step 2.

You can open the configuration file using any text editor, such as Notepad.

5. After completing the steps, click "Next" to save your configuration.

6. If you have multiple VPN profiles, click the arrow icon to open the drop-down menu and select the one you just created (in our example it's 'privado.den-015'):

7. Additionally, you can check the connection status as shown below:
