1. You can reset your password using our 'Forgot Your Password?' page located here: 

https://app.privado.live/en/forgot-password. This can be done using your username or registered email address. The reset link will be sent right to your registered email address. 


 

 

2. You will see a notification to check your email. If you do not see our email arriving in the next few minutes, please remember to check your spam folder.


 

 

3. Once you receive the email, it should look like this:

 

 

4. From here, all you need to do is click the "Generate Password" button and it will redirect you to a page showing your new password.

 

***Make sure you copy the password to your clipboard or save the password elsewhere before trying to log in, as this password will only be shown once. 

 

 

 

5. Once you log in, you can set your own password by clicking the 'Edit' button next to the hidden password:
