How to Cancel the Account
1. If you still prefer to cancel your account, you can do it online from your Admin area: https://app.privado.live/en/admin-panel; then click on the 'Billing' tab:
2. Next, scroll down and click 'Cancel Account':
3. If you would like to contact us for help, please select Option 1 'Contact Support'. If you prefer to proceed with account deactivation, select Option 2 'Continue Cancellation':
4. Specify the cancellation reason to help us understand how we can improve your experience in the future, and click 'Cancel Subscription':
5. If there are any active promotions available, you may also qualify for a discount. If you’d rather not take advantage of this offer, simply click 'Continue Cancellation':
6. You will see the 'Cancellation Confirmed' message with the date of your subscription closure.

Partner accounts
If you received a PrivadoVPN activation token from one of our preferred partners, please contact the Partners' Support Team or cancel your VPN add-on through the partner admin panel.
